In addition to the above, Powick Community Choir are also donating two benches to the quiet garden at Link Nurseries, a horticultural therapy centre based in Powick, for people recovering from mental illness. Due to recent events, the garden has become overgrown and the existing seating are badly in need of replacement. Several members of the choir volunteer at link nurseries and are at the moment working hard to bring the garden back to it's former beauty and tranquility and a place to help restore anyone feeling anxious or in need of quiet.
